Pair of 1920's Serpentine fronted mahogany Jewellers chest of drawers

About the Item

These are an exceptional quality pair of chests that were found in a silversmiths from Birmingham. The pair are made from mahogany and are serpentine fronted. Extremely high quality and decorative. But what makes these that bit more special is that each drawer has a glazed top that slides back to gain access. These would have originally been used to show the products made by the silversmith, be it jewellery or cutlery. I have not seen anything quite like these before. Practical interesting additions to your home or retail spaces. Clean original condition. Height 94cm Width 132cm Depth 71cm
