Pair of French Commodes in Louis XV style with Ormolu Mounts and Marquetry
About the Item
Pair of French 19th Century commodes in the Louis XV style. The curved solid wood bodies are adorned with glossy lacquered marquetry with foliage motifs. The ormolu mounts frame the entire structure, including the feet, featuring rocaille motifs and figures of cherubs. Complete with original solid marble tabletops.
