About the Item

Chest from Italy featuring the original salmon colored paint and a wonderful patina. The paint has wear consistent with age and shows a beautiful, warm golden undertone beneath. It is made of solid wood construction. The chest has three dovetailed drawers. The drawers have wood knobs painted to match and keyholes. The chest features one key and working locks. It is supported by tapered, squared legs. It is in excellent antique condition structurally – the photos accurately portray the condition and the wear to the paint. This peachy color is the Pantone color of 2024. This charming and versatile shade is making a triumphant return to the design scene. One of the remarkable aspects the warm color is its adaptability.
