About the Item
Stylish Art Deco Bureau by Axel Larsson from around 1920 to 1930. The bureau is designed by Axel Larsson and made by SMF, Svenska Möbelfabriken, in Sweden. Made in birch which has been stained and polished which gives a dynamic and soulful surface.
The bureau has the original drawer pulls in oxidised brass. Marked with the SMF stamp and article number on the back. The bureau is in good vintage condition consistent with age and use. It has some smaller traces of use. The drawers work very well.
