About the Item

This is a part of a large bedroom set that includes a bed, a grand armoire, a dresser/secretary desk and a nightstand. Ths set was made with some of the finest bronze mounts we've ever seen and this particular piece depicts a man on one side and a maiden on the other and several face masks and numerous other bronze mounts and brass inlay over tortoise shell. The piece is absolutely incredible and is done in gilt dor'e bronze and has a white marble top and is in good original condition and was made by lexier of Paris. The piece dates to the 1870s era and measures 43 tall x 34.75 wide x 17 deep.
