About the Item

Swedish 1700s baroque chest of drawers or commode in painted pine. The chest has two large and two smaller drawers and at the top it has an extendable table top. It is unusually deep, please refer to the measurements. Healthy and stable frame made during the late 1700s. Original old 1700s hardware in rococo. The locks were removed during the 1900s and the holes were covered on the inside of the drawer. Later distressed and patinated paint.
