About the Item
A Swedish wooden Butler's chest, with original finish, from the mid 19th century. This antique chest from Sweden features a convex-front opening in the top portion. When open, note that this upper portion remains curved and is hooked to two chains (not photographed here). Within the top portion are multiple inner shelves and little storage drawers.
