About the Item

Wonderful little chest of drawers by Axel Larsson made in the 1930s at Svenska Möbekfabrikkerne, Bodafors, Sweden. Veneered in flamed birch with buds in hardwood. The 1000 series was designed in 1935, the same year that Axel Larsson became head of the Möbelfabrikernas design office in Stockholm. Back cover with stamp.
