18th century mahogany four-drawer bachelor's chest with red baize covered slide for writing / clothes folding, serpentine front, cockbead molding on drawer fronts, blind fret work at chamfered front corners, shapely ogee bracket feet, decorative brass bail handles and brass keyhole insert escutcheons / liners, one working key, slide's surface is 28.25" high.
