Italian Serpentine Neoclassical Walnut Commode with Scalloped Skirt

About the Item

Classic simplicity , clean sweeping lines, almost contemporary in feel, with very good color and time faded patina. Canted Corners in a herringbone pattern .warm mottled color and patina. Reds ,golds , tans , browns colors swirl through out . Scalloped skirt front and sides. Sturdy. Nicks, dings, light scratches, minor veneer loss and subsequent infill. Old, now dormant worm holes. Uneven fading ( in a most attractive way ). Typical board separation on sides (as visible in photos) General time and use wear issues.Good finish. Wear / rubbing to feet General and typical time and use wear. Scalloped skirt front and sides. Nicks, dings, light scratches, minor veneer loss and subsequent infill. Old, now dormant worm holes.
