Art Deco credenza, mahogany, France, 1930s
Sturdy credenza in with graphical door panels and parquet top. This four-door sideboard is equipped with several shelves and drawers which provide plenty of storage space. Combined with the door panels and base these details show great craftsmanship. In this sideboard, sturdy elements are combined with highly detailed woodwork. The square and diagonal patterns and woodwork on the front, in addition of the inlay on the top, give the cabinet a vibrant appearance and emphasize the dimensionality. Everything about this design is very beautifully finished, even the shelves inside are decorated.
