Modern to Scandinavian Modern Black Painted Oak Waterfall Style Buffet Credenza

Fabulous pair of small credenzas or buffet cabinets by A. Brandt Company comprised of solid ranch oak with a natural oak finish. Wonderful vintage condition. One top has a joint crack that had occurred from age, but it has been repaired, it just added beauty to the patina. Please see photos, circa mid-20th century. Yes! You are seeing double!! Aren’t these vintage ranch oak cabinets beautiful?? They are comprised of rustic solid ranch oak with a natural oak finish that is signature to A. Brandt Company furniture. The natural oak finish was made by sealing the wood, double coating it with lacquer, and applying liquid wax and Spanish whiting. Both cabinets have double doors that open to storage with a single shelf in each unit and a pair of drawers. One of the shelves in one unit is outfitted with pull-out wire hooks for hanging cups or barware. Plus, the doors and drawers feature the A. Brandt signature wood pulls. There are so many options these cabinets have to offer. They would be useful in your rustic office or den for books and office supplies or out in your ranch living room with a pair of lamps on top and linens underneath, in your dining room for tableware, or rec room as a dry bar! Handsome modern console table or credenza with a zig-zag or stepped profile and clad in black and teal plexiglass. It is in wonderful vintage condition with only normal wear and no outstanding flaws. There is a small flaw in the teal plexi on the left end. Please see photos, circa 1980s-1990s. Oh, my goodness! Just look at this fabulous modern console table. Or is it a credenza? No matter what you call it you must call it phenomenal. Comprised of a plexiglass clad construction with a stepped base in glossy black which has two openings that could be originally for speakers but here in the shop we have filled them with books. I could also see them showing off great objects’ d’art. The base is topped with a thick teal plexiglass clad top. The overall look is absolutely stunning!
