Oak Credenza With Parquetry Inlay in the Style of Jules Leleu, France 1940s

About the Item

A 1940s French credenza in the style of Jules Leleu. This piece was constructed with beautifully grained oak wood and has three doors which feature cornice detailing and a stunning parquetry inlay. The doors have patinated brass hardware and open to reveal one center shelf and two drawers with a two-tone parquetry border. It stands on angled, tapered legs and retains its original vintage key. Unmarked. Sourced in France, 1940s.
