About the Item

A great size rectangular kneehole partners desk in birdseye maple with tooled green/yellow leather top with three fitted frieze drawers on each side, supported by double pedestals, each with three drawers on each side. The drawers feature period brasses. The desk is 19th century English and is in very good condition, with some staining and fading to the leather, other minor losses, and wear commensurate with age and use. Dimensions: 30 in H x 57 in W x 42.75 in D, with kneehole opening 24 in H x 18.5 in W. Ref: 715
