19thc French Louis XVI Style Bureau Plat Desk with Ormolu in Diminutive Size
About the Item
Handsome diminutive size French Louis XVI lady's writing table constructed of mahogany and featuring a black leather top with gold Greek key border, foliate bronze ormolu mounts and turned fluted legs. There are three drawers, one large in the middle with a smaller one on either side. The desk is finished on front and back, so it can look well in the middle of a room. Nice old patina on elaborate ormolu.
