Antique Victorian Eastlake Walnut & Burl Cylinder Secretary Desk c1890.
84 1/4" x 38 5/8" x 21 1/2".
A fine example of Victorian Eastlake design, this two-piece secretary desk is crafted from rich walnut and burl wood. Dating to circa 1890, it features a distinctive cylinder roll-top that opens to reveal a writing surface and storage compartments. The upper section includes glass-fronted shelving, for displaying books or collectibles.
