- Condition:Repaired: Old repairs to the tops of a couple of the drawers and the left front foot over the years. Minor other repaired areas to the underside of the lid where it locks to the top. Age case cracks to the sides. A very heavy solid case. Wear consistent with age and use. This desk was used and wasn’t just a show piece of furniture. it looks as an 18th century piece should look, not skinned and refinished.
