French Late 18th Century Louis XV Period Oak Desk/Side Table

About the Item

A charming and very elegant French late 18th century Louis XV period oak desk/side table. The table is raised by lovely slender cabriole legs with fine hoof feet. The apron displays a most decorative scalloped shape repeated at each side while the front displays one central drawer with a circular brass pull and mottled border. The top showcases the warm oak grain and also displays an elegant double mottled border. Wonderful original rich and warm patina throughout.
