Sheraton Revival Mahogany Inlaid Ladies Desk, 19th Century

About the Item

A fine quality late 19th century mahogany inlaid, Sheraton revival ladies writing desk. having drawers and compartments to the superstructure, an inset leather writing surface, three frieze drawers, wonderfully fine boxwood inlaid decoration, depicting foliate swags, ribbons and urns. Raised on square tapering inlaid legs, a silk screen that rises, freestand and terminating in the original brass castors.
