We are delighted to offer for sale this stunning highly adjustable French Louis XV Theodore Alexander leather inlaid writing desk bureau This is part of a suite, we have six items all matching which is as follows, Butlers table Sometimes side lamp table Wellington tallboy Dwarf bookcase with drawers Wellington small bank of drawers Writing beuro desk Most of the other pieces are listed under my other items, if anything takes your fancy please let me know All pieces are in pretty much perfect retail new condition throughout, we have lightly cleaned hand condition waxed and hand polished them from top to bottom, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a single imperfection anywhere, however, please view the very detailed pictures clearly as they form part of the description around condition This piece has been specially designed to house a laptop or tablet, you have left and right sliding mouse shelves, the leather-clad writing surface houses said laptop or table perfectly, the drawer is large enough to store it after use, you have two nice compact stationary drawers and one large filing pigeonhole, the leather on top follows to the front and pad panels, the rails are brass pierced and expertly made, honestly this is one of the nicest finds you will come across for a long time It’s made from solid Acacia timber and formed in the Campaign style, it retains the original key, the drawer is expertly made and slides on the single middle rail Dimensions Height 89cm Width 59cm Depth 38.5cm About the wood What is acacia timber?
