Restored Raymond Loewy Inspired Yellow Chapter One Dresser by Broyhill Premier
By Broyhill, Raymond Loewy
Located in Chattanooga, TN
Two identical dressers are available. They are listed and sold individually. Please inquire if you are only interested in both. Well it’s 2024, and Broyhill’s Chapter One Collection is officially harder to find and more sought after than the Raymond Loewy orginals. With all due respect to Raymond Loewy, there really is something magical about the Chapter One line. Maybe they’re just more fun and approachable. Maybe it’s the proportions and practicality. Regardless, they’re one of our favourite collections of all time. The restoration team pulled no punches on this Chapter One Yellow Dresser...

Raymond Loewy Inspired Green Chapter One Triple Dresser by Broyhill
By Raymond Loewy, Broyhill
Located in Chattanooga, TN
Broyhill’s Chapter One Collection is officially harder to find and more sought after than the Raymond Loewy originals. With all due respect to Raymond Loewy, there really is something magical about the Chapter One line. Maybe they’re just more fun and approachable. Maybe it’s the proportions and practicality. Regardless, they’re one of our favourite collections of all time. This tall stack of sunburst yellow drawers looks like LEGO come time life. Exciting, bold yet practical, these deep drawers can hold heaps of stuff. The restoration team pulled no punches on this Chapter One Green Dresser, and the end result exceeded our expectations. The entire body and base was professionally sanded, primed and painted to match the original bright white. The laminate top and dark lime green molded plastic drawer fronts were finally buffed and polished to a glassy shine. It’s tough to see this one go, but we know it will be loved. Broyhill’s Chapter one collection borrowed from the plastic mold injection designs made famous by legendary designer Raymond Loewy. Like Loewy, this Chapter One Green Dresser employs the futuristic use of color and materials in a way that had not been seen before. The bright green plastic captures the playful spirit of the 1970s. The cabinet is supported by a white lacquered, curved plinth base that compliments the overall form of the dresser. Nine drawers roll-out on metal glides that have been adjusted and oiled to allow for easy functionality, and proper spacing. This colorful, curvaceous case-good could have blended in nicely on the set of 2001 A Space Odyssey. The space-age look has never been more desirable, which may help explain the recent scarcity of all things Chapter One. Complete your green Chapter one bedroom set with the high dresser and nightstand (sold separately). We also have matching pieces including a yellow double dresser, yellow nightstand...

3-Piece Italian Modern Mirrored Top Lighted Suede Dresser & Mirror by Verardo
By Verardo
Located in Chattanooga, TN
An iconic fusion of mid-century allure, space-age flair, and postmodern sensuality, this three-piece dressing table and mirror ensemble by Italian designer Verardo from the 1970s is a rare visual and functional treasure. Fully upholstered in plush red-orange suede, its sculptural contours feel organic and modern, beckoning touch as much as view. The mirrored top is finished with a gold-tinted sheen that reflects warm ambiance while anchoring the design in light and luxury. Supported by chrome pulls and a gilded metal plinth base, the piece evokes a sense of theatrical elegance, with details that elevate rather than overshadow. The dresser is composed in two sections—top and base—that fit seamlessly yet can be separated for safe transport or playful reconfiguration. Subtle curves abound, displaying a form that is both disciplined and fluid. Beneath the mirrored surface, four generous drawers glide effortlessly, offering storage with ease and grace. The lighting feature invites spectacle: two mood-setting options—a soft white glow diffused through undulating lucite and a sultry red ambiance—can be used singly or combined to transform the room’s energy at the touch of a button. The companion mirror, wrapped in thick padded suede, can either sit atop the dresser or hang independently—framed yet unconfined. This is more than a piece of furniture—it’s a statement in texture, light, and design bravado. Its imaginative use of suede, mirrored surfaces, and integrated lighting positions it at the intersection of high-concept décor and collectible craftsmanship. With design references ranging from the sleek minimalism of Milanese modernism to the theatricality of 1970s futurism, it belongs in interiors that embrace both elegance and daring. Your eyes don't deceive you, that is in fact red-orange suede, chrome and gold tinted mirrored glass. Elements of MCM, space-age and post-modern design coalesce. If that's not enough mind bending 70's magic for you, it also lights up. That's right, you can actually set the mood with with two types of diffused light. Click button one to illuminate with a white glow through curved, rippled acrylic, and / or push button two for sexy red mood light. The lights can be singular or combined. This ultra modern and super rare dressing table and mirror are part of a larger set that includes a massive king bed and...
