About the Item

A fantastic 20-Drawer "Planner Group" dresser by Paul McCobb for the Winchendon Furniture Company, made in Massachusetts in the 1950s. A lovely early example in solid maple with a lacquered steel base and original black T-pulls. This incredibly solid piece has been beautifully refinished to its former glory. The maple is smooth and soft to the touch with beautiful grain detail. All of the drawers open and close smooth like butter.  This piece is ready to be placed in a high end interior project.
