About the Item

A Swedish 3 drawer dresser in oak with brass handles, circa 1950's. The piece is covered with early second edition illustrations (1920's) from Norden's Flora by C.A. Lindman. The dresser features 5 drawers, 3 small and 2 large. It features beautifully patina'd brass handles, soft curves, and rounded edges. The top center drawer has a locking element and retains its original key. The oak is in original condition and shows a light patina consistent with its age -- no loss, previous repairs, or cracks. It is structurally sound and can hold a good deal of weight. The illustrations are in excellent vintage condition showing only light darkening around the edges due to their age. There are no stains, loss, tears, etc. These illustrations are the same as the illustrations Josef Frank used on his 1950's version of his flora cabinets. Dimensions: 37.25" W x 19" D x 28.5" H
