19th Century French Wooden Shop Counter

About the Item

Bearing witness to years of customer interactions, this oak shop counter was crafted in 19th-century France. Its design exudes elegance with intricate profiled panels gracing the front and sides of the bar, along with molded step carvings on the skirt that imbue a sense of gravity to the base, elevated on classical bun feet. The rear of the counter features three deep drawers and ample storage capacity. The bin handles, adorned with finely sculpted flower motifs, add an exquisite touch, particularly when harmonizing with the rich, dark wood finish.
