Bar cabinet with bottle rack and mirror - Art Deco Circa 1940 - France

Nice little carafe for liqueurs from Art Deco period. Belly engraved with diamond pattern, base guilded with golden leaf, plug forming a water drop. France or England, circa 1940.  

Stunning Art Deco silver plated bronze lamp of a heron, with faux bamboo shade support designed by the prestigious French Maison Baguès of Paris, circa 1940. Sold without the shade. The company then specialized in the creation and manufacture of liturgical bronzes. With the generalization of electricity, Baguès began in 1860 with successful lighting bronzes. At the beginning of the 20th century, chandeliers were exported to London, Brussels, New York, Rome and even Cairo.
