The coffee table book for "Romancing the Wood, A Historical Tour de Force of Mid-Century Modern Stereo Console Designs and their Resurgence in the 21st Century" details the vast depth of our impact into acquiring, restoring and placing over 800 fine luxury pieces between 2020 and 2024. From adorning customers homes with finely restored stereo consoles, to enhancing large corporate headquarters like Trek and Google, the past 5 years have been seen a sharp incline in both excitement and interest. When we asked Google "how did you find us", they said they Googled it... and that says it all, doesn't it? From their much revered piece, the Brionvega that was shipped to the San Fran MOMA (Museum of Modern Art), to the 2 pieces that were recently shipped to Paramount Pictures for the making of the movie IF (Imaginary Friends) by John Krasinski featuring Ryan Reynolds et al. Featuring an interesting restored His Masters Voice Gramophone and an interesting MCM stereo console modified for the scenes. They play critical roles in the saga where we know music is a great connector in life, and you'll see this unfold as the movie is released May 17, 2024. And the trailer is in theaters now, as well as a commercial for the Super Bowl. Yes, Mid-Century Modern consoles have made their way back from the basements and garages and into the homes of modern society once again. And now the book is finally complete, up to date, for now, Feb 2024. It doesn't take Google to find us, but it probably helps. And FB and InstaG and Blogger and... and... where you'll see so much more. They always have over 100 pieces showing in the gallery and workshop in WI.
