18th Century English George III Mahogany Inlaid Secretaire Chest of Drawers 1700
About the Item
English secretaire with mahogany chest of drawers and finely inlaid in fruitwood and satinwood in the manner of Thomas Sheraton, on the sides also two columns with gilt bronze capitals.
In the center of the cabinet is the secretaire drawer with a fold-down top and internal drawers.
Very fine furniture and beautiful finish. Good state of preservation needs conservative restoration.
