French 19th century Louis XV style Burlwood Ormolu Mounted Lady’s Desk.
Elegant French burlwood and ormolu mounted Lady’s cylinder desk. The single door cabinet is raised by slender fluted legs ending in bronze sabots. The upper glazed cupboard is crowned with a pierced wrap around gallery. The ormolu decorations are the finest examples of bronze casting with incredible attention to detail. This magnificent piece is a testimony of French
Master craftsmanship.
Condition is very good, commensurate with age and use.
