English secretary bookcase Arts&Crats 1910

About the Item

This English secretary bookcase in arts & crafts style is a beautiful piece of furniture that expresses both elegance and functionality. The secretary bookcase was made around 1910 in oak, a durable and warm material that goes well with the craftsman's design. The cabinet has plenty of storage space, with three large drawers at the bottom and two smaller ones above. Two more smaller drawers are inside the writing desk, which folds out and has compartments and drawers to organise your writing supplies. Above the writing table, there is a bookcase with two doors, which have the original old leaded glass. This gives the cupboard a special charm and a beautiful play of light. The cabinet has brass handles with some sculptural details, which give it a sophisticated look. The cabinet has a beautiful oak colour, which combines well with different interior styles. The cabinet has some minor signs of use, which testify to the history and character of this piece of furniture.
