Original Antique Biedermeier Secretaire Desk Mahogany Veneer, circa 1845-1850

About the Item

Mahogany on solid pinewood. High-right body on padfoot feet. In the articulated front four drawers of different sizes. Straight writing plate with a medaillion-shaped depression. Behind it, architecturally designed interior life. Curved cornice, flanked by Amphora-shaped ornamental elements. This secretary is in a good historical condition and has a wonderful nice patina grown over decades. This magnificent secretary comes from a Berlin estate.
