Antique Napoleon III Style Walnut and Black Lacquer Etagere / Dry Bar
About the Item
Napoleon III walnut and black lacquer etagere / dry bar, circa 1880. With a hinged four board walnut top, banded on front and sides with black lacquer moldings, two frieze drawers, 4 turned fluted columns supporting two lower shelves. When the hinged top is raised there is a marble top and a collapsible shelf. Hand dove tailed drawer construction. A very versatile piece can be used to display books and accessories or used as a dry bar.
