Circa 1820-30 George IV Butler's Trolley Etagere, English

About the Item

Circa 1820-30 George IV butler's trolley etagere, English. Mahogany. 3-tiers of graduated depths with molded gadrooned demi-rosettes atop the vertical upright sides. The tiers with full gallery edges and reeded moldings and each with elongated triangular & demilune carved supports. The whole raised on perpendicular straight pedestals ending in boldly gadrooned rosettes atop robustely turned feet with recessed casters. At base 39.75" w. x 22" d.; 51.5" h. overall; 48" h. to top surface; Top surface 15 7/8" d., middle: 17 7/8", bottom 19.75".
