Previously purchased from the historic Peter Jones store in Sloane Square, London, this elegant corner shelf showcases the timeless appeal of the Aesthetic Movement.
Featuring five shelves—three central and two smaller, galleried shelves with decorative turned finials—it offers both style and functionality. The central section is adorned with a mirrored back, while the top and bottom shelves feature delicately hand-painted floral panels set against a gilded background, characteristic of the period. Fluted and gilded accents along the sides and shelf fronts add a touch of refinement, providing a nice contrast to the ebonised frame.
