About the Item
Modular shelving system designed by Olof Pira, manufactured by String Design AB in Sweden during the 1950s.
As pictured is has a total width of 270 cm and a height of 200 cm with four stems and 18 shelves.
Containing:
4 black lacquered steel stems
3 teak shelves (30cm depth)
10 teak shelves (20cm depth) (2, inclusing hanging system are not on the picture)
3 teak shelves (50 cm depth)
2 teak book displays (30 cm depth)
and ofcourse the systems to hang and support the shelves, 46 pcs.
Good vintage condition, with all shelves oiled and ready to start a new career.
The system is very easy to install; you just screw it to the wall with 4 screws at the triangles.
