The Abracadabra shelf reminds of a stage construction sized down to the dimensions of a living or working interior. The Shelf construction carries u-shaped glass shelf boards in tempered glass with a beautiful light green tone that correspond perfectly with the construction. Their transparency makes the entire shelf appear rather light compared to its dimensions. The modular design allows to expand the shelf with further parts of the Abracadabra series. The large poles expand against the ceiling, the cones from laquered Aluminium need to be mounted to the ceiling first. The thread allows adjusting to various ceiling heights: The current set up will work for room heights of 250-262,5 cm. Extension parts that we have available allow to extend the shelf to adjusting ceiling heights 275 cm-287,5 cm or even 325-337,5 cm. The various clamps fix the shelf boards construction, carrying the u-shaped glass boards - The front and rear side of the glass boards beautifully bend. The clamps can be expanded inside the tubes using the imbue screws in the clamp. A very unconventional shelf unit which was produced by Italian manufacturer Zerodisegnio, a spinn-off of Quattrocchio in Milan, Italy. The design and manufacturing quality of the shelf both are outstanding. It is in good to very good overall vintage condition, with few signs of use: three glass board with mostly minor chips on corners, one larger chip. Laquered aluminum parts partially with loss of laquer. Unrestored original condition. This shelf will require disassembly for shipping and reassembly on your interior. Every pole needs to be fastened to the ceiling.
