English 1860s Oak Dresser Base with Drawers, Scalloped Apron and Turned Legs
About the Item
An English oak dresser base from the mid 19th century, with three drawers, scalloped apron and turned legs. Created in England during the third quarter of the 19th century, this oak dresser base features a rectangular top sitting above three drawers (the side ones divided into molded panels to create the effect of two smaller ones). Adorned with a scalloped skirt, the dresser is raised on six turned legs connected to one another through side stretchers. With its elegant lines and dark patina, this English oak dresser base circa 1860 will bring a touch of tradition to any living room or dining room.
