Pier Luigi Colli Midcentury Goatskin Black Shellac Credenza Sideboards, 1950
About the Item
Taste and Italian flavour for this typical sideboard of Pier Luigi Colli, classic in his design but very refined in the process of working of the materials.
The sideboard is composed of two side doors and a series of four central drawers. The doors and sides of the sideboard are covered, like the top, with goatskin. Above and below the doors are moldings polished with black shellac. Even the drawers have the front molded in the same way, and are likewise polished. Very nice this type of processing, then enhanced by the black polish of the shellac. Above the top of the sideboard there is a movement of wood made in the form of a wave. internally the doors have a shelf for part. Combined whit ref: LU952813179081.
