With its original hand blown glass, this Louis XVI style mahogany vitrine from the nineteenth century allows for viewing from three sides of any fine collection displayed inside. Resting on turned finial feet, it features fluted marquetry corners with fine lines of inlaid lemon wood and striated bronze plaques above. Bronze trim borders the glass panes and details the remaining lines of the piece. A classic pierced bronze gallery surrounds its marble top. The single door opens to reveal an interior and two shelves lined with red velvet. An elegant display cabinet with a 25-inch width and 12-inch depth ideal for small scale living. Includes one key. c. 1870.
