A striking vintage Italian bar cart from the 1980s, this piece captures the essence of Hollywood Regency style with its sculptural profile and interplay of luminous materials.
The frame is crafted from crystal-clear Lucite, accented with gold-plated metal hardware for an elegant contrast. Three tempered glass shelves are supported by thick, faceted Lucite legs—balancing visual lightness with structural clarity.
Compact in scale—measuring 80 cm high, 42 cm wide, and 28 cm deep—this vintage bar trolley is ideal for smaller interiors or as a sculptural accent in a layered space. Four gold-tone castors provide smooth mobility without compromising the piece’s refined presence.
The design strongly echoes the aesthetic of Charles Hollis Jones and Pierre Vandel, both renowned for their sophisticated use of Lucite and brass in 20th-century design.
Condition: Overall very good vintage condition. There is one edge chip to the middle shelf—please refer to images. Minor surface wear to the Lucite and metal, consistent with age.
