Bill W. Sanders Butcher Block Bar Cart with Bicycle Wheels
About the Item
A whimsically designed Chopping Block Bar Cart by the noted California designer Bill W. Sanders. This design dates to the 1960’s. I believe the Bicycle tires have been replaced at some point. The butcher block is in good condition. The bicycle wheels are a little wobbly when wheeled around but the cart is stable and sturdy.
A similar example is pictured in the book by the Pasadena Art Museum, California Design/Nine, Pasadena, 1965, Page 112.
