Danish Modern Two-Tier Extendable Bar Cart with Leaf by Aksel Kjersgaard
About the Item
Aksel Kjersgaard teak bar cart / tea trolley with a shallow storage drawer and an extendable leaf for serving, all supported by aluminum caster wheels (ca. 1960s, Denmark). The top surface slides over to accommodate the laminated extension leaf when a longer surface is required.
Extremely well made with box joint drawer details and solid wood construction (only the surfaces are veneered).
Newly refinished condition; only light scuffs remain, as shown.
Measures: H: 27" x L: 32.13" x D: 19.75"
With the addition of the leaf, the length is 47"
The height between the lower tier and the top tier is 18.25"
The second tier measures: L: 16.75" x D: 14.75"
The interior drawer space is: H: 2" x L: 16.75" x D: 14.75"
