About

This unusual pair have hexagonal tops, inlaid with Horn in an eight pointed star design, centered by a floral design. They are within a border of satinwood stringing against a ground of burl walnut. There is a carved gilt (worn) collar at the top of the pedestal. The pedestal, covered in walnut veneer, is also six-sided and tapers to the legs. Scrolling tripod legs and feet support the whole.
