Italian White Sculptural Fan Coffee Table 1970's
About the Item
An exceptional Italian designer coffee table from the late 1970’s. This extremely rare table is made from individual steel slats, each painted in an off white palette, and arranged to form the stunning free flowing sculptural fan form which changes depending on the position the table is viewed from.
This is truly a piece of sculptural art as much as it is a coffee table, the base is set in one position and the large reinforced rectangular glass top sits on rubber rest supports.
Length 147cm x Width 50cm x Height 50cm.
We have never seen another table like this, making this not only an incredibly beautiful and exceptionally well crafted piece, but also extremely rare.
This would grace any room with its presence, absolutely stunning.
Some very small surface scratches and areas of light paint loss to the edges of some of the slats, as to be expected with use and wear.
