Large Pair of Italian Venetian Carved Wood Faux Bois Branch Grape Center Tables
About the Item
Remarkable and substantial pair of vintage Italian solid carved wood faux bois / branch form accent tables, circa mid-20th century. These "Fantasy" style Tables feature carved pedestal bases depicting, tree branches, leaves, grapes and grapevines, and finished in silver and gold leaf. Table tops are painted in the original oil drop / tortoise shell finish. Stamped "Made in Italy" on the underside. Price is for the pair. Tables would work very well in many different settings including Hollywood Regency, Mid-Century Modern, French Country, rustic primitive, or even traditional.
