1970s Round Chromed-Steel and Glass Coffee Table attributed to Roger Sprunger
About the Item
This is a sculptural coffee table, manufactured circa 1970s. It features a heavy chromed-steel base and retains its original glass top. The upswept U-shaped base can be inverted to create a different look if so desired. The piece appears very similar to works by Roger Sprunger for Dunbar and also Werner Linder for Bacher. The exact designer and manufacturer is unknown at this time.
The coffee table has a diameter of 40 inches and is 16.5 inches tall. The chrome-plated finish is in good condition with some signs of age apparent. The glass may show some small errant scratches. The table remains a vintage piece and may show slight signs of time and use. Please see photos. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded on a case by case basis, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
