Coffee Table in varnished natural ash slats, black iron frame. Carries the label “Création Alain Richard”.
A similar model was reproduced in the magazine “Aujourd'hui Art & Architecture #4, September 1955”.
Alain Richard (1926-2017) was a renowned French decorator trained by René Gabriel. He took part in numerous projects, notably for Orly airport and the Banque de France, and founded his own agency. His awards include the Grand Prix of the Milan Triennale and the Prix René Gabriel award.
