About the Item
Absolute extraordinary early 20th century coffee table or side table from the Art Deco period in Austria around 1920. This one of a kind Art Deco table impresses with an amazing looking "offsetted table legs" design. The tabletop was made of solid mahogany and shows a fantastic bookmatched burl walnut veneer work. Underneath you will find a practical compartment which seems to flow between the tables legs. The surface has been sealed by a traditional hand-polished shellac finish. A real stunning early 20th century Art Deco coffee/ side table coming in great restored condition. The table´s size makes it also also perfect as a great gaming table.
