About the Item
An outstanding 1930s Italian blue glass and brass coffee table in the style of designs by Pietro Chiesa for Fontana Arte. This table has a rectangular glass tabletop with a beveled edge and with trestle legs, which feature elegant demilune cutout details. The legs are connected by two patinated brass stretchers with circular hardware and an intricate decorative central finial. Unmarked. Sourced in Italy, 1930s.
