About the Item
Figural woods and casual, clean lines combine in our Carlton Table, shown here in our Vintage Burlwood finish. Also available in Natural Burlwood and Mappa Burlwood.
Natural variations are inherent to the material. As a result, graining and patterning can vary greatly from one table to another. This is not considered a defect, but is part of the natural beauty of the material. The underside of the table is finished in a solid lacquer. Inquire about custom dimensions.

Founded in Los Angeles in 2019 by designer Stefani Stein, August Abode is an artisanmade home collection capturing the West Coast spirit of endless summer. We are committed to making responsibly, not overproducing. Our view is to make future heirlooms. Discouraged by the impact of Los Angeles landfills being the largest in the county, we aim to reduce our participation in the epidemic of thoughtless production. Our made-to-order pieces encourage a steady flow of business to LA’s rich artisan trade community, while keeping our production process local and environmentally ethical. We are investing in the next generation of skilled makers, to encourage a sustainable and vertical model that reduces wasteful production.

Hand-aged brass pairs with curvilinear black marble in our showstopping Archer Table. Statement essentials make everyday life special & our Archer Table is a room-changer. We love this table in a laidback setting, imparting casual elegance with a touch of whimsy.
We always return to nature and this playful form is an abstraction of the pretty petals our frisky pup Archer loves to sniff. It’s distinctive shape is combined with honed marble and aged brass. If you like a living finish as much as we do, try this piece outdoors—the hand-aged brass develops a lovely patina over time.
