About the Item
This coffee table is part of a collection inspired by the nature created by the artist and designer Raoul Gilioli.
The artist, to create this coffee table, was inspired by the waves of the sea at night. Using an ancient technique of hot bending, he gave a soft and sunuous shape to the 3 sheets of plexiglass /black , gray and transparent, to create reflections similar to those of the silver moon on the dark sea. On the black plate he engraved the drawing of a wave as if it were a fossil.
The artist creates and produces each piece of the collection in collaboration with the best Italian artisans and each piece is accompanied by a certification that tells with images and text the story of the piece. The stylistic effect of this console is very light and is easily compatible with classic or contemporary furnishings. If the customer wishes, he can choose different colors and finishes.
Raoul Gilioli has made many works in Italy and Europe and today he collaborates with an important gallery in Hong Kong. His research is closely linked to naturalistic themes and his works are acquiring a growing economic value.
